We make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please take into account order processing as well as estimated shipping time (see chart below) when choosing a shipping method.
 
What forms of Payment do you accept?
 
We accept the following payment terms; MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Paypal, Money Orders and Personal Checks, however orders will not be processed until check clears. Sorry no COD.  Texas Residents add 6.25% Sales Tax
 
 
How do I check the status of my order?
 
You will receive two emails from us regarding your order. First, an email immediately after you place your order. This email will confirm your purchase. Please review this confirmation, especially checking to see that any engraving instructions are accurate.

On most pages within our site you can click on Order Status. Together with your tracking number  you can check you order status in real time. Order status is generally available within one business day of placing your order.
 
What do you charge for shipping?
 
We offer other time-definite shipping options using UPS:
 
Ground: $6* for orders under $99 (up to 5 day delivery)
3-day: $9* (3 day delivery)
2-day: $15* (2 day delivery)
Overnight: $26* (next day delivery)
Free Shipping on orders $99 or more
 
* Note that UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes - be sure to give us a physical street address if your order will be shipped via UPS. UPS 3-day, 2-day, and Overnight deliveries are made Monday-Friday. Contacts us for Saturday delivery options and cost.
 
Be sure that ship-to addresses are entered accurately. Orders that are returned to us because of incorrect addresses will be charged $10 for re-shipment to corrected address.
 
Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico should email customer service in advance of placing an order for upgraded shipping option times and costs.

Return Policy
 
Our goal is complete customer satisfaction with your product purchase. If you need to return an item you may do so within 30 days of purchase for exchange or 100% refund*.
 
Email us or call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any item - returns sent to us without an RMA number on the outside box will be left unopened or returned to sender. When we issue your RMA we will send you an email with complete return instructions.
 
For full refund or credit, items must be returned in resaleable condition including all parts and with the original product packaging intact. Items returned with missing parts or not in original product box will incur a minimum restocking fee of 15%.
 
We recommend you sending your return using a trackable shipping method, as you are responsible for the safe return of your return to us. Be sure to write the RMA number we give you on the outside of the package.

Leatherman: In general, if within 25 years from date of purchase you find any defect in material or workmanship with your Leatherman product, return it to Leatherman Tool Group, Inc. for repair.
